These terms apply to your use of 24kmagicai.com, an independent guide to the 24K Magic AI dance trend with an interactive demo. By using the site you agree to these terms and to follow the laws that apply to you. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the site is today
The site is a frontend demo. Personalized video generation is not connected: the generation steps are simulated, no video is made, and Download stays disabled. Photos you choose are read in your browser, on your device. The 480p and 720p options and their prices are examples only. There is no payment and no account.
Photos and permission
Only choose images that you own or have permission to use, and, for any person pictured, that person’s permission. The demo does not check who is in a photo or whether you have permission, so that responsibility is yours.
Don’t use the site to break the law, exploit or harass anyone, impersonate a person or mislead others about who is pictured, infringe someone else’s rights, disrupt the site, or bypass its security.
You keep whatever rights you have in your photos. We don’t ask for a licence to use them in advertising or to train AI models. For now they are handled only on your device; see the Privacy Policy.
Third-party content
The embedded TikTok posts are credited trend references, not videos made by this site. Rights in those posts, the music and the related names and trademarks, including Bruno Mars and “24K Magic”, remain with their respective creators and rights holders.
This site is unofficial. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, CapCut, any artist or the creators of the reference posts. Nothing here gives you a licence to copy or commercially use their music or videos.
External services such as TikTok and Google Fonts have their own terms, and changes on their side are outside our control.
Availability
The demo and its content are provided as is and as available. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will give any particular result. This doesn’t limit any consumer rights you have under mandatory law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Before photo upload, payment or real video generation is added, we will describe what changes here and in the Privacy Policy.
